Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication provider details (Google OAuth).
Usage Data: We collect diagnostic scenarios you submit, scan results, project data, and feature usage patterns.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain Stripe customer IDs and subscription IDs for billing management.
Technical Data: We collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access timestamps for security and analytics.
We use collected information to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) send service-related communications; (d) analyze usage patterns to improve features; (e) ensure security and prevent abuse; (f) comply with legal obligations.
We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, storage) for service delivery; (c) AI model providers for diagnostic analysis (scenarios are processed but not stored by third parties); (d) law enforcement when required by valid legal process.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Diagnostic results and project data are retained for the lifetime of your account. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) delete your account and associated data; (d) export your diagnostic data; (e) opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication (OAuth 2.0), encrypted data at rest, regular security audits, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Service functionality.
The Service integrates with: Google Maps (address autocomplete), Stripe (payments), and AI language models (diagnostics). Each has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal data. Contact [email protected] for CCPA requests.
