By accessing or using Omni-Code Sentinel ("the Service"), operated by Omni-Code Sentinel LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Omni-Code Sentinel is an AI-powered building code compliance diagnostic platform that provides automated analysis of construction scenarios against applicable building codes. The Service includes diagnostic scanning, permit identification, cost estimation, report generation, and related features.
IMPORTANT: The Service provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. It does NOT constitute professional architectural, engineering, legal, or code consulting advice. Results should be verified by a licensed professional before relying on them for construction decisions, permit applications, or compliance determinations. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the Service's output.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
The Service offers tiered subscription plans (Sentinel-Lite, Sentinel-Pro, Sentinel-Prime, Sentinel-Enterprise) with varying features and usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Each plan includes a specified number of diagnostic scans per month. Exceeding your plan's limit requires upgrading. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Service or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
The Service, including its software, design, AI models, and documentation, is owned by Omni-Code Sentinel LLC. Diagnostic reports generated for you are yours to use, share, and distribute. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer the Service; (b) use the Service to develop a competing product; (c) scrape or bulk-download code data; (d) share account credentials; (e) use the Service for illegal purposes; (f) misrepresent AI-generated content as certified professional advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omni-Code Sentinel LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
